FIS is seeking a full-time foreign credentials analyst to work at our Edmonds, Washington location. This person will be responsible for developing and editing reports, researching comparative education, and assisting with policy making within the organization. This person will also assist in the supervision and mentoring of junior and mid-level analysts who are responsible for preliminary review of client files, assessment, coordination and report drafting. Potential exists for advancement to a management-level position based on experience and performance.
Required: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); and experience in foreign credentials evaluation at a college/university or with a private evaluation organization, excellent oral and written communication skills; organized and detail oriented; able to work in a deadline-driven environment.
Desired: Previous leadership/supervision/management experience in a higher education setting or with an evaluation company is a plus. Previous teaching/training and foreign language skills are also helpful.
