Online Application - 9 Step Online Application for Individuals
Individuals (customers applying for an evaluation of their own credentials) may apply for basic document-by-document evaluations, modified document-by-document evaluations (including grade point average information), and comprehensive course-by-course evaluations using our online application. You will have the opportunity to request English translations of your academic documents if necessary.

Organizations
Immigration Law Firms, HR Departments and Other Businesses

Document-by-Document Application for Attorneys/Law Firms
Basic equivalency determinations sufficient for most types of employment applications and most immigration petitions. Document translation requests can also be made using this form.

Please note: Next-day service requests for Document-by-Document evaluations must be received by 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Time); otherwise reports will be delivered two business days after submission rather than one, or clients can choose the “Same Day” option to receive the report on the next-business day.

Comprehensive analysis of coursework and credits necessary for high-risk immigration petitions (physical & occupational therapy degree equivalencies; “3+2” Indian master degree equivalencies; equivalencies not supported by EDGE®). Document translation requests can also be made using this form.

Need a copy of an evaluation FIS completed previously?
Reports completed more than six years ago are not available for reprints or revisions. Customers should re-apply using the online application link above.

This service is available for immigration purposes only. Individuals are encouraged to consult with their immigration attorneys or HR departments prior to requesting this service.

Please review the Expert Opinion FAQ for assistance. An FIS foreign credentials evaluation will accompany the expert opinion letter if foreign academic credentials are submitted as part of the request. There are several types of expert opinion letters available.
